About Me

Hi there! I’m Ivy! 

As a Nutritionist & Personal Trainer and mother, I've reclaimed my well-being and dedicated myself to empowering fellow moms. I know the struggle of balancing motherhood while still trying to make sure you put on your own freaking air mask. You can’t show up for your family, friends, or partner unless you care for yourself.

My coaching is about empowering you with simple, sustainable, wellness tips that actually work for your busy mom life, not some one-size-fits-all program some influencer on Instagram made up. Learn more about me below or check out how to work together below!

My 12-Week group coaching programs offer two engagement levels to meet your needs while providing education, resources, motivation, and community to stay on track. Dive into self-paced learning to transform your nutrition, movement, stress, mindset, and sleep habits. 

 

We'll create a realistic plan that works for you and develop strategies to have better sleep hygiene, stop self-sabotage, drop your obsession with the scale, and shift your mindset into self-care without guilt once and for all, all alongside other moms who struggle with the same things. You'll also get regular check-in's and support from me to keep you accountable and thriving!
